Here are some of my hot branding tips that I recommend for all my real estate friends!
🔥 Have Your Own Landing Page
As a real estate agent, even though you are a part of a brokerage, I still want you to have a separate landing page. This is a space on the internet that is all about you. It showcases your story, your success, your services, and instantly starts the relationship-building process with every person that lands on it.
This can ultimately lead to the brokerage site, but I firmly believe that it’s in your best interest to have independent marketing. Not only for a leg up right now, but to have security and a platform as your career progresses and pivots.
What you need to get started:
Get a domain (preferably your name .com)
Choose a website platform (WordPress, Wix, SquareSpace)
Choose a template/layout
Insert your own photos and copy
🔥 Get on Social Media
Millennials are buying real estate and they are all hanging out on social media. This is again a chance to build a relationship before you even meet your potential clients. This is also where you can really start building a brand that lives beyond your work.
Here are some specific social media ideas for realtors:
Use reels to showcase unique restaurants, shops, and attractions that are specific to your area. Get your clients excited to move there!
Educate your audience. Buying real estate can be intimidating for most people, and we tend to shy away from things that we aren’t accustomed to. Bridge the gap by sharing educational content about your industry like vocabulary, processes, and FAQs. This will also get your clients ready to work with you and make your job easier!
Share client wins and show your audience the kind of properties you’re selling! This will get people excited and attract the kind of clients you want to work with.

🔥 The Riches are in the Niches
As a branding expert, I like to see my clients offering more than just their work/services. Having diversity will strengthen your brand and give more people a reason to follow you -- and keep in mind, those people have friends and this industry thrives on referrals.
This means that I would like you to pick 1-3 extra ways you can serve your audience that is related to real estate, but also very personal and unique to YOU.
Here are some examples:
Have an eye for design? Offer tips and ideas for home decor. You know those “Amazon Finds” TikToks? Do those and get paid while your clients decorate their new space.
Have a cooking passion? Share cooking videos and when you talk about your listings spend some extra time showcasing the kitchen and appliances.
🔥🔥🔥 EXTRA HOT TIP: Become an affiliate for cooking ware and appliances and offer your recommendations to your clients.
Are you an advocate for clean living? Share about recycling, natural home cleaning products, home decor brands that are helping the environment, ways to make your home more sustainably friendly.
